News: April 2008

Well folks, my new album "Love & Paragraphs" finally came out and is now released in stores everywhere, online and offline. I even went into Borders today and saw a bunch of copies so there you go, it is out there ready to be devoured...

It's funny, I have had a few comments like "Well it's about time!". And those folks could be right. However, the music industry responds horribly slowly these days it seems, and music biz folks were saying things like "Chris it takes forever to go up the chart now, you need to give it a good few months at radio before you release the CD in stores so you can create the demand". So I listened to them and gave it a 3 month window. Well who could know that radio was going to respond so quickly and add the single almost immediately! And so when folks heard the song they wanted the album sooner. Well, here it is. Jump in, it's all yours now. And don't forget, purchase the album here at this website and I am throwing in a bonus free copy of my 1989 never-before-released album "Main Course" recorded in the UK.

At time of this writing the single (title track) is #3 on the R&R national radio chart and we are hoping that it will go all the way very soon. Should you wish to help in this regard, please don't hesitate to call your local smooth jazz radio station and request the song, as increased spins means higher chart position. So don't be shy!
