News: June 2010

Hey gang.

I am very happy to announce that my new album Blue Bolero is pronounced a huge hit! As I write, the album is #1 on the Billboard national radio chart and I'm just thrilled with your response. This was a big risk for me musically and I guess I am glad I took the plunge after all! People seem to be loving the refreshing orchestral twist. I'm glad to provide some refreshment for you in that case!

We are performing the entire album live with the addition of a wonderful string quartet all this year. Some nice gigs include Pasadena Jazz festival (now called Jazzwest Fest) and the Catalina Island Jazz festival in October. I am getting ready to play at the Pizza Express Jazz Club in Soho London for three nights, (July 1st 2nd & 3rd), one of my favourite venues and always good to play shows in my home country.

I must now think about the next single which I am thinking will be the track "Fast Train To Everywhere". If any of you have other ideas let me know, I'd love to get some feedback before I go to bat.
